If you have experienced remodeling or building a new home, you know the rising costs and toxic options are very limiting. This frustration made us ponder how we could build homes more efficiently, affordably and help keep future home owners long term needs in mind.
Our background in manufacturing, blended with our innovative engineering and flare for classic aesthetic, renewable sourcing lead us to create Panelized Kit Homes. After a few years of creating a collective of key high quality building material suppliers, designing and developing the technology, partnerships and bringing them together at our Kit Home factory.
By Spring 2026, we plan to have the first 7 designs of spec houses, assembled on site in the Pacific Northwest! Our target selling price will be closer to 1/3 that of stick frame, once site permitting and foundation are completed the home assembly is less than 2 weeks.

Our initial panelized kit houses will be using conventional building materials, or pre-certified materials. However, our regenerative building materials will be available as upgrades, as we complete any necessary certification processes.
Our KiTerra Homes are made in a manufacturing facility, with accuracy, efficiency and optimum utilization, keeping costs down and quality up. Integrated with the design and included in the KiTerra homes are all cabinetry, sinks, faucets and lighting.
