Description
First edition of 6 our first Kit houses are made with wood exterior; Round Log, Square Log and Charred Wood log. Some concept ideas until we publish the final spec houses. Small footprint around 500 square feet, with ideal floorplan, efficient layout for small residential dwelling units. Some call them DADU's (Detached Accessory Dwelling Units), or maybe tiny houses or SFH Single Family Homes. Whatever name you call it, the effieciency of our designs, installed within 2 weeks on pre-formed foundation eliminates the guess work and lets you reap the benefits of your new home months earlier than conventional construction methods.

Our initial panelized kit houses will be using conventional building materials, or pre-certified materials. However, our regenerative building materials will be available as upgrades, as we complete any necessary certification processes.
Our KiTerra Homes are made in a manufacturing facility, with accuracy, efficiency and optimum utilization, keeping costs down and quality up. Integrated with the design and included in the KiTerra homes are all cabinetry, sinks, faucets and lighting.
